New South has recently been purchased by Santa Fe Capital Partners LLC, which is owned by long-time Asheville businessman and entrepreneur, Tom Barr. Joining New South as Managing Director is Gary Brown, who also has a successful history in business, including start-ups, acquisitions and corporate sales. The combination of the experience of New South, Tom Barr and Gary Brown deliver 75 years plus of business sales, acquisitions and services as well as over 300 completed transactions.
